Colorado Springs Wedding
A bride who decks out not only herself in a jacket, but her bridesmaids too? Color us smitten. Austin and Stephanie’s Colorado is one of the more intimate affairs we’ve seen, but it easily proves that having a small wedding doesn’t mean you should skimp on any details you truly love. Thank you to Cassidy Brooke for sharing your gorgeous images with us!
From the bride, Stephanie: When Austin and I would dream about our wedding two words always came to mind: intimate and romantic, and that’s just what we got. With just 25 of our closest friends and families to witness our special day we pulled off a dreamy woodsy wedding with pops of gold glitter… because who doesn’t love gold glitter?
We wanted to let the gorgeous scenery around us speak for itself but add touches of us here and there. With the small budget we were on almost all of our wedding was DIY. From the handmade invites, flowers, and garlands to the 60 year old quilts, Greek cookies and lavender lemonade we had so many personal touches and help from our families we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Any advice for brides planning their weddings now? My advice for brides would be to slow down and to truly enjoy your special moment! Everyone told us that wedding days go by so fast and they do! So when you and your man get a chance stop and breathe it all in. We took lots of videos and pictures throughout our day so we could look at them that night together. Have a blast because all of the hard work you put into your day really truly pays off and turns out perfect!

Wow, this is so gorgeous! Love love love the video – it made me tear up! Nice work, and how wonderful that you will have that to treasure for the rest of your lives!
Gorgeous! Love the draping over the tree for the ceremony.
This is absolutely beautiful!
This is beautiful. It makes me want to have a small wedding with my closest friends and relatives too. Everything about it was perfectly unique. Congrats to the couple!!
Love those jackets, they work perfectly. Very happy and intimate, looks like a wonderful day!
I know this was a while ago, but where exactly in Fox Run Regional Park is this location? I know of the gazebo but would love a location like this for my wedding in July. We had a venue but lost it 3 weeks ago because the owners sold. I have been looking and have considered Fox Run. Beautiful wedding, what a special day!
I know this was a while ago, but I am sooo obsessed with your boots with the knit and the bow! Where did you find them!? I’ve been looking all over to find something similar. Thanks!
