California Winery Wedding with Fuchsia Accents
I don’t know about you, but “relaxed winery wedding” is right up my alley. Throw in some incredible fuchsia and pink ball dahlias, and I’m completely sold! Imagen Photography, Savvy Event, and Chestnut and Vine put their talents to work to make Mary and Dillon’s day a special one, and they certainly achieved it.
From the bride, Mary: We were envisioning a rustic chic laid back environment with lots of love and family surrounding – beautiful, fun, and relaxed. Our colors were shades of grey, blue and pops hot pink! Our table cards were handwritten by the bride’s mother then placed on wood in individual vases with a single ball dahlia (same flowers used for bouquets & boutonnieres). We (the bride & groom) also hand made ALL the lawn games, ladder golf, giant Jenga & cornhole.
Any advice for couples planning their weddings now? Don’t sweat the small stuff, it’s just one day. We had so much fun planning that helped the joy of the day to last from well before to well beyond. Also, we sprung for a wedding video which couldn’t be overrated, it’s been a really special treat to have to look back on the best day of our lives so far.
