Brightly Colorful Sequined Wedding
Maybe it’s a girly girl’s thing, but we can never have enough glam, gold, or sequins and we’re so thrilled this A.J. Dunlap Photography wedding came our way. Kast Events and crew worked their magic all over the modern venue and transformed it into a shining spectacle. Eclectic Sage certainly stopped the show with those elaborate and gorgeous floral arrangements. In every bright color you could think of or imagine, the blooms worked so well against all of the sequined decor. Shout out to the bride’s floral crown, especially; it’s so divine!
From the photographer, A.J. Dunlap Photography: The pops of color, sparkly sequin and the happy couple that fill this wedding will make you smile from ear to ear. The bride wanted a glamorous and colorful wedding day, and she got just that! The ceremony was set on a theater style stage with a gold and silver paper chain background that was breathtaking. Match that with the mismatched floral bridesmaid gowns & flower crowns, and you had one gorgeous wedding.
The reception was so unique & again full of color! The pink peony and succulent centerpieces popped against the gold sequin table runners that adorned the family style tables. With unique touches everywhere like the Polaroid place cards and brownie tower wedding cake, it was a day not soon forgotten!
Who says bridesmaids have to match, in dress style, color, or otherwise? We say to branch out and have them throw on a wide array of styles and colors that suit your wedding tastes. Prints are a huge trend right now for bridesmaids’ dresses and they’re such a hit. Oh and who says they have to be dresses? We love the new jumpsuit idea, too!
Where did you find the table numbers?
Where did you get the gold geometric pieces to put the flowers in?
Hi Sarah, I have a wedding decor store and sell some geometric terrariums. You can find them here:

They look wonderful! It doesn’t say – are they watertight?
They are not 🙁 do you need them for actual permanent terrariums with real plants, or for an event?
I need them to decorate my house. I want to put white sand in them and then seashells, and I figured if they are watertight they would also be sand-tight, so to speak.
You would probably have to caulk the seam, just to keep the tiny particles from falling out.
Hi! I’m planning a Hawaii wedding, and this color pallet is EXACTLY what I want. I am in LOVE with the wedding party dresses and suits. Where did you find the bridesmaid dresses?
