Boho Bridal Shower Inspiration for Your Bride Tribe

We spend a lot of time ogling beautiful wedding inspiration here at Ruffled, but all those other pre-wedding day event deserve some love too. Sarah White Photography, Le Coeur Bohème, and SAM & BEE | Design Studio are here to share this fun bohemian bridal shower thrown for real-life bride Chloé, who brought in her best buds for a fun day out. How cute is this idea of planning a party and photo booth in a retro camper?

We are so lucky to have an amazing bride as one of our 2018 clients. Chloé Dumont is the beautiful redheaded blogger behind The Fashion Red Fox in Montreal, Quebec. The moment we met, we knew we wanted to work with her… Lucky for us, she totally fell in love with our aesthetic and wanted us to plan and design her wedding. In celebration of her upcoming nuptials, we planned and styled an awesome boho Bride Tribe inspired picnic for Chloé and her bridal squad. Four of her closest friends and members of her wedding party came down from Quebec City to spend the day and play model for us.

We decided to head over to a beautiful vineyard in Oka, Au Jardin d’Emmanuel, as the perfect backdrop for the spring picnic. All the vendors who participated brought their unique expertise and vision to the shoot where we allowed them to be fully creative. Our team, Le Coeur Bohème, setup the comfiest boho lounge picnic area you’ll ever see with persian carpets, a peacock chair and tons of pillows and poufs. The main idea was to stay within Chloé’s desired wedding colour palette (burgundy, navy and blush tones) as well as her wedding theme, boho chic. Kyoto Fleurs was able to complement our design by creating an exceptional bouquet and beautiful singles, working in all the colors of the decor and adding a little pop of yellow. The amazing Sarah White from Sarah White Photography captured the boho vibe perfectly with soft lighting and her amazing attention to detail. Our cake designer from Sweet Savour by Felicia created a unique whipped frosting and colourful drip cake with navy pyramid chocolates and some beautifully stamped sugar cookies.

Backyard Butterfly Bridal Shower With Playful Citrus Hues

Le Château provided some beautiful lace and floral dresses for the bridesmaids and we pimped out Chloé’s “bros’maid or man of honour” in a casual blazer and ripped jeans. The ladies were also decked out in stunning jewelry pieces from Eugenie Bee’s exclusive new collection. Our main goal was for the bride squad to have a good time, and to do so, we had GIF Montreal from John Koo Photography to set up their awesome GIF booth in the camper to add a little more interaction to the party. They absolutely loved it and couldn’t stop snapping up pictures, it’s so addictive! Finally, the picnic wouldn’t have been complete without a few drinks prepared by Etiquette Noire. They set up the camper as a full service bar and offered a diverse and colourful drink menu to please each and everyone’s taste.
