Mimosa Bar Bridal Shower Brunch with Free Printables!
Nothing says celebration quite like a mimosa bar, right? Whether for a wedding, bridesmaid brunch, or bridal shower put on by the MOB, we’re all smiles when we see pretty bottles of bubbly and OJ. In order to give your mimosa bar a little extra punch, we’ve created these printables with Avery — and they’re perfect for your next party!
The recipe is simple: menu tent cards for your toppings, scalloped carafe tags to indicate your juice flavors and gold drink flags for your drinks. We love the idea of an abstract painterly theme for this kind of celebration. Splashes of pink, orange and yellow mimic mimosas in the most darling way, don’t ya think?
Our free Avery printables were made so they print perfectly with each coordinating label or card type. No need to mess with Word Doc or Photoshop; you can tweak your templates as you wish through Avery’s WePrint tool.
How to use Avery templates:
- Go to avery.com/print to use Avery Design & Print Online
- Create a free account or click My Computer to upload your .avery files
- Customize it if you wish and print it yourself!
What You’ll Need:
- Avery Tent Cards 05302
- Avery White Scallop Tags 80503
- Gold Sheet Sticker Paper 04395
- Our free printables – download here!
- Clear carafes (ours are from Ikea)
- Bucket with Champagne/Sparkling Wine
- Bowls + wooden spoons for toppings
- Glasses
- Bamboo skewers for drink stirrers
- Silk Flowers for backdrop – we used some from Afloral
To create your display, start with the carafe tags. These white cardstock tags allow you to print our original templates the edge and come pre-hole punched, so no extra work for you! We chose Orange, Mango, Pineapple and Lemonade for our juice flavors, but give Grapefruit or Pomegranate a try if you’re feeling fancy. Tie each tag to the appropriate carafe (simple twine will do the trick). Next, prepare your topping bar. The toppings we chose were Blackberries, Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries. After printing these templates to the menu cards, place the gold foil sticker sheet in your printer. This is what you will print the drink stirrer templates onto. Once printed, cut the sheet into the outlined shapes. Wrap each flag around your drink stirrer, and since it’s sticker paper it will self seal.
Phew – that was easy! Now you can decorate your mimosa bar however you’d like. We chose to make a kraft paper backdrop with silk flowers, “bubbly bar” signage and a bit of fringe towards the bottom. Now all that’s left to do is to raise a glass + say “cin cin!”

Where can I get the backdrop like this one? The dusty pink paper?
Your dropbox for the templates isn’t working. Any suggestions?
Do you have the printables in a different file format? The .avery files aren’t working. Thanks!
