Housed in a Russian mansion with some of the most incredible architectural details you could imagine, the scene tells the tale of brides of days past, simultaneously showcasing their exquisite bridal fashion and beauty.

From the photographers and event coordinators, Vivid Symphony: We’ve always been captivated by the charm of old desolated castles filled with magical silence, where each detail is crafted with great love. For our shooting we’ve chosen an old deserted mansion in Saint Petersburg, a mysterious and thrilling 19th-century building full of legends and untold stories. Its beautiful halls, filled with spirit of long-forgotten aristocracy, inspired us for a creative shooting.

Two girls, two spirits of the past, breeze into the hall and, a bit afraid to be noticed, engage in a childish play recalling the good old days, when the candles were still burning, sounds of waltz were in the air, and coffee was served in exquisite sets. Their eyes sparkle with the freshness of youth and their movements are light as air. But they are only the spirits of the past surrounded by phantoms. They know that their time here is limited, that soon they will leave the place, and a shadow of sadness is crossing their faces… Their dresses is a haze of lace, tulle, and silk. Some wanton tresses sweep down their faces and their jewelry is as light and weightless as they are. Each of them can tell her own story: one, fatal and passionate, won too many men’s hearts. Another is a shy and vulnerable dreamer, who feels the happiest surrounded by the works of art. They’re carelessly chatting, laughing, dancing, and nestling in transparent tulle. But all this is as fleeting as a memory about them. A moment later the wind blows, the halls of the mansion are empty again, and the only thing that reminds about these girls is a couple of unburned candles…
