Pacific Northwest Garden Wedding Inspiration
Picture a sweet English garden with the most picturesque setting. Now that you have that imagery, throw in B. Jones Photography to take some amazing photos of a beautiful styled shoot courtesy of Bella Fiori and what do you have? Wedding inspiration for days on end. We can’t stop checking this shoot out; from the dainty lavender-hued florals, to the classic paper goods that fit right in, and the stunning ball gown with embroidered butterflies. This shoot is such a fairytale come to life!
From the stylist and floral designer, Alicia of Bella Fiori: Bella Luna Farms is the epitome of Pacific Northwest beauty and every botany lover’s dream come true. The unique European-inspired Grape House is perfectly tucked away for an intimate reception, nestled in the center of 12 acres of landscaped gardens. It was these lush and textured surroundings that inspired our design.
To marry with the beauty of the farm, we chose a palette of shades of green, lavender, blush, and plum, which we wove throughout the design. The stunning lavender Koko Loko Rose, a favorite garden rose of many floral designers, set the tone of the bouquet and centerpieces. Sweetpeas, clematis, and blush and cream garden roses were the perfect accompaniment. Hand-dyed silk ribbons flowed from the lush bridal bouquet. Our model bride, Dani, wore a wedding gown from MeaMarie Bridal Atelier. We loved how the little butterflies on the skirt were the perfect match for a garden-inspired wedding. Posh Styling kept with a light and natural look for Dani’s hair and makeup. The stationery was designed by Denver-based Idea Chic. Julie selected a garden-inspired design in a dark emerald green color for the print on ivory paper for the wedding invitations and menus. The botanical theme was carried out through the invitations, and even the inside of the envelopes were embellished with a green floral pattern. Delicate wreaths with guest names were created as the place cards.
Stacy and Ashley of Snohomish Rental Company provided the lovely assortment of place settings, which enhanced the botanical-inspired plates from Bella Fiori. The lush floral centerpieces and candles were set on a hand-dyed table runner. The grapevines growing overhead framed the table perfectly. The ladies hand lettered beautiful, one-of-a-kind signage for a feminine and romantic look. The calligraphy sign at the entry table reads: If I had a flower for every time I thought of you I could walk in my garden forever. A delicious dessert table was set with a coconut-covered cake, mint macarons, fresh plums and blueberries, and a beautiful selection of cookies from Flour Dusted Countertops. As a finishing flourish, Megan decorated cookies with handpainted lavender sprigs. All of the elements of the day were beautifully captured by Becca of B Jones Photography.
