Mountaintop Bridal Inspiration

The second we saw the Cristallini gown in this bridal shoot from 135milimetros, we stopped in our tracks. Soft blue-grey lace, a dusty mauve skirt, plus an illusion neckline? Utter perfection. Add in the most jaw-dropping scenery straight from Portugal, and you’ve got the ideal bridal inspiration shoot.

From the photographers, 135milimetros: Some weeks ago we got the desire to do this styled shoot. “We have to!” – that was our feeling. When we feel this onset of inspiration we never second guess it and we always go ahead, even when that transforms the whole logistics into the greatest adventure.

We’re blown away by how much impact this simple bouquet with protea and heaps of greenery can have!

One day we chose the venue and the environment in which we would do this shoot, and the following day we already had the dress in mind. With the mountain to acclimatise and the river as the background to separate us from the neighboring country, we accelerated at full speed as soon as the makeup of the model was ready. It was a day threatened by rain from start to end, but once we were there we applied all the passion that we had with us.
