Leah Teague of Flourish Floral Designs and Sarah C Photography teamed up to show us some luxe winter wedding ideas teeming with the richest golds, the prettiest purples… and a bit of sparkle, of course!

From the photographer, Sarah C Photography: This Rustic Luxe Winter Shoot was designed to give inspiration to brides who are getting married indoors. We embraced the rainy, winter weather for this shoot. The sign by the lavender bath salt favors even says, “You make me happy when skies are gray.”

Butterfly Gap is a modern venue full of clean lines and metal walls so it provided the perfect minimalist backdrop for the bold color palette. The rich jewel tones in the flowers (including orchids, garden roses, pansies, various greenery and feather accents) have depth and create a great contrast for the rustic elements. The rustic elements are found in the antler decor, the branches and the wooden runner on the table. The bride’s textured braid is also a nod to the rustic theme. We incorporated river rock in the ceremony decor since the venue is located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
