Vintage Inspired Wedding Dresses
December 18
Bias cut dresses became popular in the thirties when Hollywood actresses needed something sexy to wear that was still acceptable for the moral standards at the time. These dresses were made of slinky fabric (such as satin) where a woman’s body would be covered but her figure was still visible in a provocative way. These dresses epitomize glamour. Isadora’s makes custom bias cut wedding gowns (such as the one above) with a truly vintage look. I should add this one to the I-wish-I-knew-about-this-before-my-wedding list.
this is divine!!! i’d love it in dark red!!!
Isadora’s no longer has dresses on their website!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know of any other sites which offer similar styles?
Who is Isadora and where can I find her? This dress is wonderful!
Does anyone know where I can find this dress?
