Gatsby Wedding Ideas
August 19
Lee of Sakura Photo recently sent over this 1930s Gatsby inspired wedding shoot, and you all know that I have a thing or two for vintage weddings 🙂 I just love how simple and attainable the ideas she presented are – from the feathers to the deep burgundy color, easy ideas for a 1930s wedding pour over these photos. The glorious Art Deco venue is the Stoneleigh Hotel located in Dallas, Texas. Big thanks to Lee for sharing!

LOVE that ring! Do you know where it came from? Is it new or vintage?
gorgous. instant fav!
Thanks, Amanda!
Usually I ooh+ahh over the brides dress (and this is no exception of course!) but I really love HIS outfit on this shoot too! So classic and sweet and I love the colours!
Jenni, the ring is new Tiffany’s.
Does anyone know who the shoes are by? They’re exactly what I’m looking for!!
So happy to see my hometown of Dallas represented! The Stoneleigh is one classy place and made for a great backdrop to a charming shoot.
PS: Shocked that that’s a Tiffany’s ring. So gorg.
Love the photos. Planning something similar in London. What did you do for entertainment? I’m planning an evening wedding, which I would like to be formal – i.e. gowns. Its a second weddng for both so want to make the fun reception a focus.
Where did the flower vase/holder come from? I love that!!
