Texan Garden Wedding Ideas
Today’s styled shoot goes to show how important the right wedding venue can be. The supremely gorgeous garden area of Travaasa Austin is an utter dream, blending garden whimsy with nothing short of elegant sophistication. With a talented team consisting of She-n-He Photography, The Simplifiers, and Rosehip Flora, is it any wonder we’re so in love with this shoot?
From the stylist, Mary of The Simplifiers: This wedding is for the bride who wants something different. With a sophisticated style and a love for the outdoors, this couple is one looking for a venue that very few have discovered so far. Travaasa Austin, named one of the Top 10 Destination Spas in the US by TripAdvisor and just recently began offering their experiential resort for exclusive weddings. With 70 sleeping rooms on-site, plus horseback riding, yoga, full spa and more, this destination is a gorgeous location for a weekend getaway wedding.
When we stepped inside Solidago Gardens for the first time, we knew this space was magical. We were so inspired by the fall colors of the trees and natural lighting that seeps into the space. About the exact opposite of a traditional hotel ballroom. Playing off the autumn colors of the surroundings, we added pops of hot pink and navy blue into the floral design, including unexpected elements like gold shimmery spray painted tillandsia air plants for the place card holders.

This is so beautiful! Can you tell me where you found those hexagon candle holders? I’ve been searching the Internet, but I haven’t found anything similar.
