Old World Safari Wedding Inspiration
Believe it or not, the desert can be a glorious place for the most prime wedding inspiration. The colors are so rich and vibrant and you’ve got a vast landscape you could get visually lost in for miles. So when Gideon Photography gave us the opportunity to gaze at these mesmerizing photos of a gorgeous couple smack dab in the middle of the desert, we automatically fell in love. Forevermore Events and Bloomers Flowers & Decor filled it with all sorts of loveliness imaginable; from a 1940s era vibe thanks to their sartorial choices and the classic cream colors paired with native designs, to the bright and bouncy florals that stand out among the burnt sienna-toned ground.
From the photographer, Gideon Photography: I was inspired to do an old world Safari Shoot. I wanted to tell a story of a couple meeting in the inhospitable North African desert. Falling in love through their adventures and eventually getting married. Our Bride is a well to do adventurer and her love a local goat herder. This was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the story aspect of this shoot and the wonderful detail elements. Each vendor involved went above and beyond to make a beautiful work of inspiration.
