Finnish Mansion Wedding Inspiration
Let’s be honest, I was sold as soon as I heard the words “Finnish mansion.” Then I saw the images from Petra Veikkola Photography and I fell completely in love. Gorgeous gowns from Pukuni, lovely accessories by Aino, and Kukka Fiori tie everything together even better than we could have ever imagined!
From the photographer, Petra Veikkola Photography: The styled shoot took place in an unique Finnish environment in Hostel Tuorla, Tuorla mansion area and park. The mansion dates back from the middle ages and has probably been a part of bishop’s cattle ranch. The area were the shooting took place consist of old buildings, a large park, a small pond and an old mill. The Finnish nature and the beautiful location was the main inspiration for the shoot.
The colour palette was kept soft and minimal to reflect minimalist aesthetics that are often connected to Finland and Finnish design. All bridal dresses were made just for this shoot. The shoot was initiated by Saara from Pukuni (the maker of bridal dresses) and Satu from Aino (the maker of hair adornments). They wanted to gather together their dream team to showcase the truly talented and passionate professionals that can be found in Finland. The shoot went really smoothly and everyone was also having a good time.
Love fresh flowers & fruits at weddings!
