Charleston is quite known for its garden glamour. It’s no surprise that when A.Caldwell Events decided to dream up a shoot, it would be centered around clean lines, elegant blooms and greenery by Tiger Lily Weddings, and modern tablescapes. Rachel Red Photography captured the unfolding loveliness from the shoot and boy do I adore it. Knowing that our designers at Tiger Lily Weddings shared a love for wild greenery and lush blooms like we do, we set out to integrate a clean and symmetric space with organic elements and an asymmetrical backdrop. We loved mixing the rose gold metallics with the softness of beach-like wood found in the candlesticks and chargers.

Who can’t get enough of rose gold details in weddings? I surely cannot and they add such a lovely dose of elegance to a neutral palette setup like this one. For pops of color on your guest tables, try incorporating a metallic shade like gold, rose gold, copper, or silver in small-but-noticeable doses and see how well it brings your reception tables together.

The classic letter-pressed invitations fared as a welcoming tradition to a setting full of modern elements, such as ghost chairs, mixed with timeliness pieces. Our bride sported an elegant tulle gown with an asymmetrical cut skirt and halterneck bodice by Modern Trousseau. The hair, styled by Paper Dolls, matched the unexpected ballet-like features of the low-cut back.
