How To Use a Vintage Car as a Staple in Your Wedding Decor

At the historical Bay Preserve, Florida wedding venues came together to create a gorgeous wedding design inspired by a Rolls Royce. Overflowing with dried palm fronds, lush roses and tropical greenery, Be Wed SRQ planned a sun-kissed Florida wedding using the vintage car as a wedding decor staple. With each passing photo by Everence Photography we have completely fallen for this dreamy wedding design.

From the photographer, Everence Photography: Brittany from Be Wed Events, Justin from Revvies Luxury Transportation, Kristin from Ivy and Vine Floral Design, and Jessica from Everence Photography had a vision to use one of Revvies amazing Rolls Royces with florals cascading out the door. The historic Bay Preserve at Osprey located on Sarasota bay was the perfect backdrop.

From the florist, Kristin with Ivy and Vine: For color scheme I tried to coordinate the warm colors of the Old Florida-style brick building at Bay Preserve with the cool grey/blue color of the Rolls Royce. The flowers I used were: dried tinted terra cotta Fan Palms, Green Ivy, Brut Blush Carnations, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus, Toffee Roses, Menta Roses, Lunaria, Pink Scabiosa, Sahara Roses, Juliet Garden Roses, Parvifolia, Sweet Eskimo Roses, Quicksand Roses and Cocculus.

We love how Florida wedding vendors breathed new life into how we can use vintage cars as wedding decor staples, and are still gushing about the cascading florals and the oh so perfect use of the dried fan palms.
