Summer Sunset Wedding in Wisconsin

How can we resist a wedding that literally ends with a walk into the sunset? Molly and Sam are high school sweethearts who tied the knot with help from Dynamic Events by David Caruso and The Flower Garden, and the designs they whipped up have us feeling inspired. From the photographers, Paper Antler: On a perfect summer day, high school sweethearts Molly + Sam said their vows and quite literally walked into the sunset. Set upon the undulating land at Erin Hills Golf Course in Hartford, Wisconsin, this was the first and likely only wedding that this venue will ever host as a special exception was made for Molly + Sam to get married there. Erin Hills is set to host the U.S. Open in June for the first time ever in Wisconsin, and it could not be a more picturesque venue for a wedding (or for championship golf).

Molly + Sam imbued rustic elements to play off of the gorgeous natural environment including a set of antique doors to walk through for the ceremony set in front of a barn as a folk band played in the background. They also had a vaulted tent overflowing with greens, crystal and even a full-grown tree in the center of the room as a focal point. As the ceremony began, clouds covered the sky only breaking as Molly proceeded down the aisle. Similarly, just before their introductions for the reception, the clouds cleared again yielding one of those summer sunsets that you dream about.

From the bride, Molly: David and Shannon Richmond for Dynamic Events, did a truly amazing job bringing our dreams to life. They blew us away with what they were able to create. A huge shout out to my husband because without him this wedding would not have happened; if it were all up to me we would have eloped.
