From the photographer, Les Anagnou: Kastelorizo is a very small, very picturesque island with neoclassical buildings and a tremendously good looking port that always makes our hearts flutter with excitement. Persephone and James chose this lovely island for their wedding day and dare we say that the images are to die for? We love the strong Greek folk character of the island and the Mamma Mia atmosphere of this wedding!
Our couple wanted Greek island wedding, a colorful affair with traditional Greek
elements and fairy lights to create a warm friendly vibe. The ceremony was held overlooking the port of the island while hundreds of summer flowers gave the loveliest atmosphere! We loved the wedding cake and the table setting because they were colorful without being overbearing and had the perfect balance of texture and summer vibrancy.
Persephone (lovely ancient Greek name, don’t you think?) wanted a summery boho styling with a beautiful flower crown and a colorful wedding bouquet with summer florals and fruit! Her tulle wedding dress was so sweet and beautiful whereas James chose a stone grey suit just perfect for the affair.
We loved how beautiful the surroundings were for this wedding, so we took our couple for a walk around the village to discover all the traditional and colorful neoclassical houses. That is for sure one of our favorite wedding days ever!
