From the groom about how he proposed: We decided early on in 2016 that we really wanted to visit the island of Nantucket. We have always like the culture, food, and scenery there. We flew up to Boston in early August and went to a Red Sox-Yankees baseball game that night and drove to Chatham, MA the next day. From there, we chartered an “island hopper” plane to Nantucket (since all the ferries were booked). We walked to the most famous location on the island, Brant Point, where I had a local photographer waiting to take some candid pictures of us. Despite the travel delays and hot weather, she still said yes!

From the bride about the wedding: Most importantly, we wanted our wedding to be FUN! We are so incredibly laid back, we have a lot of fun together, and we wanted our wedding to be a reflection of our relationship with each other. We didn’t want anything super fancy and formal because we aren’t that way. We like to have a good time, we’re silly, and we wanted everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves to the fullest.
