From the floral designer, Desiree Dean Designs: The design and feel of this wedding was to really capture the essence of the shore. The tones and materials used really emulate the sand and sea and lend to a tropical feel. We were inspired by boho trends and the stunning views of the Wave Resort. We wanted to marry that feel with the perfect accessories and bridal gown. The hair and makeup was all considered and was a more timeless take on a boho bride. We wanted the images to feel soft, effortless and inspire couples to take the current boho trend to the next level. For florals we really wanted to elevate that seaside feel by using tropical greens and phalaenopsis orchids with dried bits of lunaria mixed within. We loved the end result and hope couples are inspired to take their boho dream wedding to exciting places!
Dried flower vibes are slaying for modern bohemian couples! Just wait til you see this South African wedding with a black tie dress code and and epic neutral frond ceremony backdrop. Further proof that the boho style can be fun or fancy free or entirely dressed to the nines!
