Bright Purple and Pink Wedding in New Jersey
Purple and pink make for some seriously eye-catching wedding design, and when you add in a bit of gold? Talk about fairytale perfection. Off BEET Productions and MDS Floral Design helped bring everything together for this New Jersey wedding with some of the most stunning floral arrangements we’ve seen in ages!
From the bride, Kelly: Although we had a large guest list (210 confirmed guests) we still wanted the wedding to feel very intimate and personal. We wanted people to feel that every single detail had a personal touch. The guest comments about decor/over feeling was that it ‘was so you (two)!’ The wedding very much reflected our personal aesthetic and personalities. We wanted the style of our wedding to feel whimsical with a romantic/rich color scheme
Any advice for couples planning their weddings now? Don’t be afraid to blaze your own trail or break tradition. Doing what you both love and what makes you happy will make your wedding feel unique and you! This will make your wedding memorable for your guests as well. When deciding who would officiate our wedding, we really struggled. Do we get married by our family priest as all of our previous family members had? Do we have a professional officiant? The it became glaringly clear; we wanted the brides Aunt Margy to marry us. This Aunt has a very special relationship with the couple both individually and as a couple. Although this decision was not what was expected, it was the thing that made our wedding so ‘us’ and extremely personal.
