From the bride, Cat: We wanted the day to be a celebration, a fun and happy vibe without too many typical traditions. Our wedding was quite intimate, we wanted to share it with the family and friends nearest and dearest to us. The style had elements of vintage with quirky twists — mismatched but everything seemed to work together. The main colours were coral, lemon, duck egg blue and mint.

Bouquet recipe: Peonies, daisies, freesias, billy buttons, lisanthus, mini roses, anemones, berries, and silver suede.

Any advice for couples planning their weddings now? Keep a wedding folder/journal. I felt more organised having everything in the one place and being able to tick things off as the wedding planning journey progressed. Take time to take it all in on the day. Know that you have done all you can and enjoy every moment, as the day comes to an end before you know it!
