From the snow to the Arizona desert, there’s nothing love like this can’t overcome and we are practically sobbing from their story. gorgeous Arizona wedding

From the photographer, Amy & JordanWith what was maybe the most beautiful sunset we’ve ever seen, and a design to match by Whitney of Some Like It Classic, it was one of the most romantic, breathtaking days. Which is so fitting for Kelly and John and their love story. But let us back up…

It was the middle of a snowstorm. Freezing temps. Chilly winds. The kind of weather that makes you want to stay home (in sweats) and be cozy by the fire with the one you love. Not get dressed up and drive on dangerous roads to meet someone you don’t know… and don’t know if you’ll ever see again. But Kelly and John did. They took a chance. And once they were there, neither wanted to leave. They’d never talked in person, yet their voices sounded so familiar. It was as if their souls recognized each other. Hours turned into more hours, and finally, it was time to go. They said goodbye, and as John left, he prayed Kelly felt the same way he did.

She did. He just didn’t know it yet.

As John drove away, he already couldn’t wait to see Kelly again. As fate would have it, he would get his chance sooner than he thought. In a serendipitous turn of events, Kelly left her keys at the restaurant. So, John, the kind, tender-hearted gentleman, drove back in a snowstorm just to help her find them. They eventually found the keys. More importantly, they found forever. Together.

Three years later, Kelly and John stood together, hand-in-hand, in front of God and their family and friends, and put to words what their souls already knew that snowy night: “Since the day we met, my life has only gotten better, brighter and more vibrant. I vow to selflessly and endlessly love you… until the end of time… even though this lifetime will never be enough.”
