These daring and wild stems are skillfully bound by Zuzu’s Petals, and we’re loving that natural ink-dyed effect a few of them have on display!
A geometric backdrop, bare save for a couple floral accents, is the piece de resistance of the industrial ceremony design from Lil Epic Design. We love the way they added dimension with a few floating hexagons and mismatched chairs.
Wow, oh wow! This gown from Grace + Ivory is anything but ordinary. Blush + ruffly with voluminous layers of tulle, this custom made stunner has us reeling.
Thick strokes of indigo, emerald, magenta and alabaster join together in controlled chaos for an invitation look we’re simply dying for. That being said, Paper Love Club is an invitation goddess if we ever saw one!
A bold venue calls for a bold bridal look, and my, does this one have character! Tamara Holden Hair created a loose coiffured updo to balance the sultry smoky eye from Makeup By Natalie. Yes, yes, YAS!
From the photographers, Ed & Aileen: From a gorgeous custom-made blush dress and gorgeous jewel-tone florals to a deliciously delicate cake placed in front of a handmade paper floral wall and swoon-worthy watercolor invitation suite, everything about this inspiration shoot was simply perfect! It was a clear illustration of how an eclectic styling + lush florals + two people in love can create something absolutely romantic, even in an old converted auto warehouse. The dress was even hung on an overhead crane that was at one time used to lift car engines!
The Quintessential Cake lives up to its name in this millenial pink confection with four tiers of originality. Sugar bedecks the lowest tier in whimsical folded strips, and our eyes could simply swim in this view forever.
Our inspiration for this romantic industrial shoot was layered around the organza and tulle skirt of Grace + Ivory’s Annette dress. With layers of blush and tulle topped with a hand-beaded lace top, the Annette draws everyone’s attention when you walk down the aisle and is the life of the party on the dance floor. And that’s exactly what we recreated for this shoot – an attention-grabbing and eclectic backdrop filled with fun, colorful details that showcase the uniqueness of the venue and vendors involved. Even the cake was inspired by the Annette skirt! Romantic dark jewel tones was the inspiration for the wedding palette, along with vibrant jeweled florals and gold accents.
How sweet are these cupcakes from IntoxiCakes too? Perfect way to end the night, in our humble opinion.
