1940’s Vintage Glam Wedding
One part glamour and one part rock and roll, this adorable couple worked their style for their wedding portraits with photographer Gabe Aceves. Her hair and that amazing veil are so perfect for the overall look of the wedding that when combined with that dress and fur stole, are a total vintage home run!
From the glamorous bride. Really I had an image in my mind of what I wanted my wedding to look like (which can be dangerous and usually leads to disappointment, lol). The way it all came together, though, was effortless. It all just fit.
We wanted something fairly small, informal, and fun! We really wanted our wedding to be a big party, which is exactly what it ended up being. We have a love for tattoos, rock music, and the glamour of the 1940’s and it all came together to look exactly how I saw it in my head, if not better!

If I got a chance to re-do my wedding, it would be so much like this! What a beautiful event. Congrats! Thank you for sharing.
i just love the look on the minister’s face-priceless-it says it all-can you see the joy in that smile for the couple-he really looks so happy for them, truly happy for them
That is absolutely stunning! I can’t get over how beautiful it all looks together. Exactly what she described!
Love their style, their look, and both were captured so perfectly in the photos!

That is actually her grandmother’s stole, and she looked beautiful in it!
This wedding did the 40’s proud ~ so elegant and truly vintage
Where did the bridesmaids get their dresses? They were great!
I’m the blonde bridesmaid. I got my dress at unique-vintage.com, same as the veil. We all got our dresses from different places, though.
