Chattanooga Vineyard Wedding
Most brides might be deterred by a broken arm a mere three months before this bride, but not Cathi: she simply enlisted the help of Veo Weddings & Events to round out her creative visions. Cathi and Anders are avid cyclists, and I just adore that the couple made a nod to this through the painted bike wheels hanging at their reception. Add photographer Ali Harper into the mix, and you’ve got a winning wedding day!
From the bride, Cathi: We knew we wanted an outdoor venue since we both spend a ton of time outside running & cycling. DeBarge Vineyards was a short drive from our home in Chattanooga and provided picturesque views of the mountains we love to play on.
I had high hopes of handcrafting many of our wedding decorations… until I broke my arm at a mountain bike race 3 months before our big day, forcing me to Plan B. Veronica and her staff at Veo Weddings & Events did an amazing job taking my ideas and transforming them into reality. I kept busy designing our event stationery (inspired by the diagonal beading on my dress) and spray-painting old bike wheels (we had to incorporate our favorite activity somehow!).

Very rustic. The red barn is fabulous. Love the cupcakes instead of a typical wedding cake. The bridesmaids dresses are super cute;)
really impressive!
