Today we’re bringing you to the beautiful weather of Florida for the wedding of Rhea and Bryan. This adventurous couple chose to exchange vows in the backyard of the beautiful Bella Mar house with the help of a talented team of vendors including Care Studios, Mile Marker Party Rentals, and Marathon Florist. Let’s jump in!

From the bride, Rhea: We met for the first time at a little pizza shop on Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach, FL. We wouldn’t start dating for another three months when we ran into each other through a mutual friend and talked over sushi. After that the rest is history. We are both laid back and easy going. We both are adventurous and spontaneous. Bryan kind of grounds my flightiness and idealism while I brings out the kid in Bryan. I love Bryan’s sense of humor and the way his simple way of living life. Bryan loves that she’s always herself and real no matter the situation. We chose the venue because it’s where Bryan’s parents live and we both love the Florida Keys. We chose the backyard of a house in the keys (The Bella Mar) because it was very down to earth and the vibe felt right.

The colors just kind of came together as the process unfolded. I am very indecisive and there are so many things I love I really couldn’t make up my mind. Luckily I had a team of great vendors who got me and my vision and helped me pull it all together. I know that I didn’t want anything to stiff. I wanted the flowers and decor to fit who I was which is laid back, easy, natural, and yet still classically beautiful. Details that we incorporated were the I Spy and a s’mores with a fire pit. We also used a polaroid camera for a guest book and everyone loved it! Any details we added in ourselves were done to make sure our guests had a great time at the wedding. One of our main goals was to make sure the people we loved had a great time with us. I think we achieved that! We loved all of it. From the aisle runners that were succulents, to the venue, to the bouquets, but most importantly the energy of the wedding. Because it was in the backyard of a house, it had an intimate and warm inviting feeling. That element was the most important. There was so much love shared on our day. Which was exactly what we wanted. The first dance was something awesome as well we will never forget. We danced to Pennywise’s cover of Stand By Me, having everyone cheering for us and then joining us on the dance floor was awesome! Really it was just about all the people there and the laughter. We will remember it all!
