is an artist collective based in Los Angeles, specializing in live performances and event production. Our DJs are best know for open-format mixes that draw from a vast array of genres including funk, hip hop, reggaeton, and other dance rhythms from around the world. Over the past decade, our DJs have have shared stages with some of the biggest names in music, including Grammy nominated artists: Rick Ross, Mike Dean, Travis Scott, D.R.A.M., Ryan Leslie, Desiigner, Cam’Ron, Jadakiss, and Juelz Santana.
You may be thinking, “Wow, you guys do some really rad shit. That sounds fun. But are you refined enough to DJ my _____?” (Insert: wedding, launch party, etc.) Well, yes. All of our DJ’s either have PhD’s (not a joke) or skipped out on college entirely in order to pursue DJing full time. So beyond loving what we do, collectively we have a healthy balance of sophistication and street cred.
Our philosophy for weddings is simple: follow the lead of the two-year-olds.??If it is ever unclear how to have a good time at a wedding, there is typically a raucous crew of anywhere from three to five toddlers who will happily lead you step-by-step through the process of getting turnt.
Step 1) Hit the bottles early, sometimes mid-ceremony.
Step 2) Skip the food at the reception and beeline straight to the dancefloor.
And last, dance until your heart is full, your body is tired, and your clothes cannot be found.
How We Do:
We curate upbeat and danceable DJ sets, designed to ensure that everyone has a good time and gets real sweaty.?We play only good music. If its not objectively good, we don’t play it.?We play ALL the music YOU love. (And somehow it just works…)?We play vinyl records.?We value kindness, curiosity, and laughter.
How We (Don’t) Do:
We don’t play stuff nobody likes. That would be stupid.?We don’t say corny things on the mic.?We don’t “force” people to dance by playing games or begging.?We don’t upset or alienate elderly folks or any other types of ‘folks.’ Everyone is welcome.
