Santa Margarita Wedding

It would be impossible for me to pick my favorite thing about weddings, but I know that the ever-popular first look would have to be pretty high on the list. And let me tell you, dear readers, it doesn’t get much sweeter than Amber and Daniel’s first look captured by Sarah Kathleen Photography. With pops of romantic pinks, purples, and blues, we couldn’t love this wedding more!

From the photographer, Sarah: Upon first meeting Daniel and Amber, I immediately got a sense of their artistic personalities and creative lifestyles. So it was no surprise when I showed up on their wedding day only to be blown away by the amount of heart and soul they had poured into each and every detail. Amber’s vision came life – a natural, organic feel with a flair of rustic elegance. Another incredible thing about Daniel and Amber is the importance of family. It was obvious that each and every wedding guest held a special place in their lives. Even the layout of their wedding day created an atmosphere of closeness for all the guests: complete with family-style dining and fun hay-bale lounge areas scattered about the venue.

Daniel comes from one of the most beautiful and fun Jewish families I have ever had the joy of meeting — which came hand in hand with some pretty awesome wedding traditions: from the hand-held Chuppah to the always exhilarating Horah dance. Overall, their wedding stood to be a testament of who they are as people and as a couple – artistic, original, personal, and bucketloads of fun!!!
