Rock and Roll Chic Wedding

We couldn’t admire Katy of Sweet Sunday Events more for simultaneously embracing incredible event styling and the ideology that “less is more.” Katy and her team assembled this oh-so-chic rocker wedding shoot at Austin’s The Union on Eighth with images snapped by the ever-wonderful EE Photography. Get ready for some seriously awesome installations and a DIY tutorial to follow!

From the designer, Katy of Sweet Sunday Events: Sometimes, some things are left better simple, wouldn’t you say? The Union on Eighth was the perfect venue to provide the industrial, rustic feeling for this rocker chic wedding. A hanging chain installation created quite the alter with the addition of candles and foliage. A paper runner spilled off the industrial mod table as a lush arrangement of foliage and soft white flowers added color without too much fuss. Oh, and how we can’t forget the stunning bride and groom—effortlessly styled to the nines. I’d definitely say some things are really that much better when left simple!
