They have everything you could need or want to begin your new lives together, and using their wedding registry is a breeze. We all know a newly engaged couple’s needs go beyond the traditional registry items.   1. The first thing on my registry would be a really nice cook ware set- pots, pans, skillets. A major step up from my current hand me down eclectic collection.

  3. A KitchenAid mixer. I have so many memories of my mom letting me help make fluffy mashed potatoes, icings, etc. When we took it out, everyone knew dinner/dessert was going to be amazing. I want my dinners that way as I start out my marriage.

  5. Well I already have a wondrous registry at Macy’s and if I could do it all again, my first and favorite thing on the registry would be the Kate Spade New York ‘Library Stripe’ glassware. I LOVE how elegant, modern, and preppy it is. I spotted it from across the store and KNEW I had to have it!

    The next thing I put on it was a bunch of the Hotel collection towels. They looked and felt AMAZING!

  9. The first think going on our registry is a new bed linen set. I feel like every new couple needs to start over in the bedroom and it is the first thing we are doing! Macy’s has a really cute set from Calvin Klein we want!

  10. I have a Macy’s registry and the first thing we registered for was a king-sized Martha Stewart Allergy Wise Comforter – sooooooo niiiiiice. I have a queen sized one currently and LOVE it but we’re going to need one for our upgraded married-life bed. πŸ™‚

  11. I’d probably register for the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware (12 Piece Set). My fiance loves to cook and would really like nice cookware if possible.
    The giftcard would probably go for the Sterling Silver Cultured Pearl Pendant & Earring Set for my bridesmaids.

  26. kate spade new york Dinnerware, Market Street Green Collection. It’s not on my registry now as it’s probably too spendy for our guests. I’ve been oogling it for a LONG time now though!!!

  27. It would definatly have to be a new cookwear set! Ours are so old and have been handed down for so long I think they could be considered antique lol. They used to be nonstick but have been so used and abused all the nonstick coating has been scratched off and burns everything! We have been wanting to upgrade for SO LONG and add a nice big wok to our collection too. This would help emensley!

  28. Definitely nice and durable luggage. My fiance and I love to travel and can’t wait for our honeymoon. Now we just need better suitcases to pack for it in!

  34. I already have my macy’s registry, so I can say with confidence the Kate Spade Larabee Dot china. It would add a sense of fun and occasion into even the most mundane weeknight meals. Just looking at them online makes me giddy!

  53. It may seem like a small item, but I would want a bread pan or a bread maker. My mom recently started making this delicious friendship bread. I would love to get the recipe from her and start making it in my own home!

  69. Top on my list of priorities would be some lovely fluffy towels for me and my hubby to be. nothing beats getting out of the bath and wrapping yourself in a snuggly towel that has been warming on the radiator (im from England just incase you hadn’t guessed)

  70. The Kitchenaid commerical mixure of course! Although I love, love, love the beautifully colored Artisan styles, we are a huge fan of the commercial grade as they really do last forever. Both of our parents received one as a wedding gift 30+ years ago so we hope to still have our’s then too!

  76. My husband and I used a macy’s registry for our wedding in 2007, which included your fabulous pick above, the kate spade pebble point china collection! Five years later, our set is still incomplete…so it would be a treat to finally receive salad plates and cups/saucers!

  77. KitchenAid mixer. OH MY GOSH! I have been lusting for one since my mom got hers a few years ago. I love baking and that mixer is top of the line.

  80. For my registry the first thing I would add is a 5.5 at Le Creuset dutch oven. Its the perfect all purpose pot and I’ve been lusting for one for a while. Plus the fun colors is a added bonus.

  126. The 5 quart Le Creuset signature enameled cast iron french oven in flame. My grandmother has the exact same pot (and color) and she cooks amazing soups and stews in it for every holiday. Tradition!

  129. Our first registry item would be the Library Lane Platinum Collection from Kate Spade. We love hosting friends at our home and often have house guests, and this set of china would make our dinners with family and friends even lovelier!

  134. I would LOVE to win this!!! I’m getting married on June 24th at Fort Bragg Military base and the first thing on my wedding registry is his and her stemless wine glasses by Kate Spade. Although this would be a gift for both of us I would use the rest for Tee evening sandals by Betsey Johnson. Those shoes are to die for and would be a beautiful accent to my wedding dress! We love Macy’s!
