We welcomed our baby boy three months ago and today I am sharing his nursery, captured by Sophie Matthewson. We don’t usually post a whole lot of interiors, but what’s not to love about a baby’s room? I may be biased, but I am loving the cool, calm and collected vibe this room gives. Galia Lahav‘s 2018 runway show featured 2 new collections: Couture and GALA. Surrounded by lush florals and bright pops of colors, these gowns express the full 5 senses but most noticeably scent. As enchanting as a secret garden, the gossamer tulles, fine laces and intricate embroidery usher us into a world of fantasy with looks as soft as petals and scents as sweet as a rose. These collections are all about individuality and expression, and we are still reeling from the way they move.
Galia Lahav Couture Bridal Collection
GALA Collection No. V
Ethereal with a touch of whimsy, Galia Lahav is always making a statement. Where the Couture collection inspires freshness and mysticism, the GALA line beats to the march of its own drum and is rooted in music. Pops, flashes an harmonious fabrics bring these gowns into the ultimate crescendo of high fashion.

A little about me… I graduated from K-State in 2006 and married my high school sweetheart a few years after. We built our home in the country a few years ago, where we love to spend time together and raise our 5-year old daughter, Katie. We also have several rescue dogs, horses and goats!
One of the most exciting steps during the wedding planning process is choosing your photographer. It can also be an extremely daunting task! What factors do you need to consider? What questions should you ask? There are a lot of things that may go through your mind, but in the end you’ll want to choose someone you are comfortable with. Someone who just clicks (literally)! And for all you San Francisco Bay Area brides, Manali Anne Photography is a trustworthy source whose personality is just as fab as her work.
Looking through her portfolio, you’ll see couples lost in a dance, laughing over sweet nothings and distracted from everything but each other in completely candid moments. She captures what’s real, and in doing so creates something that is uniquely you. And let’s be honest, your fiancé will thank you for not being required to practice poses beforehand. Manali is available for destination weddings and is currently offering a free engagement session within 15 mi of San Francisco to anyone who books a wedding photography package by November 21, 2017. If you head on over to our Instagram page, you can enter to win an e-sesh with no strings attached. Um, yes please!
