Midwest Garden Wedding

Michigan weddings are close to my heart, and when a beautiful wedding like this lands in my lap I squeal with glee. The gorgeous bride wore an ever so dreamy Claire Pettibone, a mantilla veil with fresh flowers! I spy orange ranunculus and succulents in her hair, doesn’t it look amazing on her? Big thanks to Belle Rempert Photography for sharing this wedding with us.

  • That is so absolutely sweet and adorable. The floral pattern on the bow tie is so clever and looks utterly charming. GREAT idea!

I really love the bride’s dress. The lace detail at the bottom is fantastic, and I love how it fits her. The back is particularly beautiful.

The fresh flowers in her hair- something I haven’t seen as much of late look just terrific and I wish there were some more shots of that. They just looks so crisp and clean and what a nice little punch of color!

Love the blurry back shot in the grass best, it shows a real interaction, but the last kissing distance shot is a great second place! 🙂

  • This wedding is absolutely stunning! I look at tons of weddings everyday, but in addition to being full of precious details, this one just radiates a wonderful, romantic feeling that I can’t even describe. Emily, you were a beautiful bride and must have amazing style. That dress blew me away!

Love the photography. They captured everything so well.

    Congrats!!

  • I love the shot of the bride putting on her shoes, some really gorgeous photography and the wedding looks beautiful

  • I was the maid of honor in this fantastic wedding! The bride found the bowties on etsy.com. The centerpiece terrariums were DIY projects… apthecary jars were purchased from Home Goods and all the succulants you see are from a local vendor the couple met at their local farmers market. Emily’s vail was her mother’s… adorable.

Every ounce of detail was hand selected by the bride and groom and the whole wedding screamed them. It was an amazing, relaxed, happy day for everyone envolved!

  • I’m so in love with the photo of the bride where she was crying with joy and love. It such a blissful sight.

  • What stunning photographs of what must have been an extraordinarily special day! The picture of the bottom of the dress and shoes was to die for…. I would love to find those shoes for my wedding! Could the bride tell us where they are from? Thanks and best wishes!

  • These are the dreamiest! Love them! I’m so taken with her veil and that bouquet and that last image – love it!

  • she got her shoes from nordstrom.com… but i think they are available at anthropologie too!

  • Hi,
Does anyone know where the bridesmaids dresses were purchased? They are adorable!

  • The bridesmaids dresses were purchased @ Kohls. They did not come with the ribbon belts. The bridesmaids added those in the colors of their own choosing.

  • My friend loves your wedding and we are looking for the shoes. Have searched Nordstrom and Anthro. Any chance you remember the name brand of these AMAZING shoes?

  • What a beautiful wedding! Her dress is my DREAM DRESS! Where did she get it?!
