An Austrian Castle Wedding
We get a special kick out of any day we get to share a castle wedding, especially when that castle is in Austria. Thomas Steibl and Lovely Weddings bring us the beautiful wedding of Barbara and Johannes, which brings carefully thought-out design together with simplicity for a look that’s timeless, breathtaking, and forever a favorite.
From the photographer, Thomas Steibl: It begins with this awesome location in Austria (Burgenland, the state where the bride is from). It’s an old, small and dreamy castle, surrounded by a beautiful garden and also a forest. It also has it’s own little romantic chapel where the two got married. It was clear for us to photograph them in front of the old brick buildings which were left a long time ago. We love the pictures. Not only because of the amazing backdrops, but also due to their big love for each other which one can see and their stunning style.
We also loved the stunning paper items made by the bride as it is her job and also mission, she had a great concept, and the beautiful flowers and decoration everywhere made by professionals and friends of ours. It was a mind-blowing adventure to capture their love, happiness and their sweet families & friends having a good time.
