French Countryside Wedding Inspiration in Burgundy
Romance is certainly in the air and all over the elements with this fine Tara Francis Photography shoot. It was brought to life via Sylvie Gil Workshops and knowing what kind of company you’re in with Sylvie’s workshops, you know that you’ll be photographing some amazing subjects. As if this Burgundy château wasn’t jaw-droppingly beautiful enough, Alison Events turned it into this elite wedding spot that we know we would get hitched at in a heartbeat. Holly Flora pulled the countryside look from the outside in with those snaking vines in the chapel and the wild, red, and leafy centerpieces for the tablescape. Everything is just too dreamy and French to handle in this shoot!
From the photographer, Tara Francis Photography: This styled shoot at Sylvie Gil’s workshop was set at a beautiful 18th century chateau in the heart of Burgundy, France’s countryside. The dress was a jaw dropping Vera Wang wedding dress from her 2017 collection. The bridal boudoir was in a room that was wall to wall white walls with a classic white bed. I loved the veil draped over the bride’s face. The gorgeous floral arrangements in a Dutch Master style were done by Holly and Becky from Holly Flora. That gorgeous ring you see in the bridal boudoir is from Trumpet and Horn.
Invitations including the etched tortoise shell place cards were done by Yonder Design. The seating chart was laid out on a bed of moss on an antique table. I fell in love with the tablecloth; it was a hand dyed marble cloth custom made for the shoot by La Tavola. The ceremony was in a little chapel which sat right behind the Chateau. The chapel had lots of flowers and greenery designed again by Holly Flora.
