Foggy Enchanted Forest Engagement Session
We love couples who are brave enough to face all types of weather for their engagement session. In this case, Jocelyn and Traver hoped for snow on the big day of their e-sesh, and they got just that — plus a magical layer of fog to add a little extra oomph! We have a feeling these images by Sara Lynn, Fine Art Photographer will be a forever treasure.
From the photographer, Sara Lynn, Fine Art Photographer: While planning Jocelyn + Traver’s engagement session, the main theme was winter. Joz wanted lots of snow, a beautiful gown and fur coat. The days leading up to the shoot, the weather forecast called for highs in the 60s. The day before, a cold-front came through and for the next three days, a blanket of fog covered the mountains and Denver-metro. With the temperatures being so low, the fog created a winter wonderland: crystallizing the trees and creating a blanket of snow on the ground. The location felt like something out of a Disney movie where Prince Charming rides through the enchanted forest to rescue his princess. It was one of the most beautiful and unique settings I have ever photographed in; and it made for such a stunning engagement session.
