Feminine French Bridal Fashion Shoot

French Bridal Fashion 01

French fashion has always been at the forefront of style. Their keen eye for design is constantly imitated and adored. Today, we are inspired by this feminine French bridal fashion shoot for a new line of lace robes, wedding separates and lingerie. A natural light-filled room with rich purple florals and the models’ angelic beauty, have us feeling like we’re on cloud nine.

Audra Wrisley photographed this new line of bridal fashion in such an ethereal, airy way. The models seem like they are in the heavens, floating among a garden of flowers.

La Fleur du Jour stunned us with their rich, purple floral designs in shades ranging from deep plum to light lavender. They created floral accessories and jewelry helped to keep the look natural and feminine.

From the Designer, Felicia Doazan: For centuries have French designers been the pinnacle of the global fashion industry, envied for their exceptional eye for detail, ingenuity, and craftsmanship. Felicia Doazan, owner and creative mind behind design house Mes Petites Dentelles, is one of the latest talents to emerge on the fashion scene in the country of love. Initially known for her stunning intricate lace robes, the designer has recently launched her second line of bridal separates of tulle skirts and lace tops, all custom handmade pieces created in Paris. The pieces are feminine and delicate, but create a sense of freedom and modernity for the bride with lots of options to mix and match. About the collection, she says: “I envisioned and created a very feminine and sweet collection. I wish for every woman who wears my clothes to feel beautiful and strong.”

From the Photographer, Audra Wrisley Photography: To highlight Felicia’s pieces, we chose to photograph the new collection in a light-filled space, illuminating her ethereal designs. Collaborating with Washington DC’s La Fleur du Jour on florals and styling, we created a modern, fashion-forward look. Contrasting the delicate lace styles, we used bold purple tones, giving the images a regal look. We paired the bridal separates with floral headpieces and jewelry, to accentuate the beautiful and feminine pieces while celebrating the empowerment of the modern bride.
