Colorful Los Angeles Wedding
In need of a pop of color for your Thursday? Look no further! This LA wedding from photographers Hello Studios is sure to add some pep to your day. We’re just a wee bit obsessed over here with the mint bridesmaids dresses, not to mention the bride’s Modern Trousseau wedding gown!
From the bride, Kerry: The style I envisioned for our wedding was something outdoors with a lot of lighting. I wanted it to have a romantic, whimsical vibe but still be a fun party.
The look of our wedding was laid-back but still elegant. We didn’t want our wedding to be too formal, we wanted our guests to feel comfortable & have a fun time. Our main color scheme was gray, mint & bright pinks, with a touch or oranges & yellows in the flowers. For the reception I wrote the guests’ names on their table cards, created a triangle banner to lead guests down the pathway to the reception, & made various signs for the ice-cream sundae bar, candy & wedding favors, the guest book & for the bar. I also created our guest sign-in book with pictures of us through Apple.
Any advice for brides planning their weddings now? The best piece of advice I can give to brides is that when the day comes, forget about everything & enjoy your day. It is, after all, your special day to enjoy & remember with the love of your life. It is easy to let the little things bother you, but try not to get stressed & it will all end up perfectly.
