There’s nothing fussy about this raw, nature-inspired shoot from Red Fern Photography. The simplicity of the table paired with the pure, effortless beauty of the bride’s gown offers a refreshing take that has us spinning with delight. Delicate blooms from Pollen run freely across the table in a way that mimics the verdant landscape, and even the loose hand lettering in the stationery suite moves with grace and ease! We’re utterly obsessed with the way all these elements blend together cohesively, as if they were always joined as one.
From the photographer, Red Fern Photography: This Agave and Sand shoot was part of the Duo Workshop – a workshop organized by Lindsey Brunk and Taylor Lord – that brought together stylists & photographers to collaborate and learn from each other. As a photographer, it can sometimes be difficult to translate your vision for a styled shoot into actual reality. Through this workshop we learned a lot of tips on communicating with stylists and on doing your own styling! Along with that we learned how Lindsey & Taylor assembled everything to create their vision.
In this shoot, I love how the color inspiration was translated into the cool greens on the invitation suite and the loose organic florals. The textures of the Pronovias Atelier dress are just stunning! I was amazed at how intricate the bodice is and I love how the lace under the skirt is just barely visible. The table florals really mirror the textures of the dress, which creates another cohesive element.
