From the Pennsylvania wedding photographer and Ruffled member, Maria Mack Photography: Terrain Gardens in Devon, PA is a new highly anticipated wedding venue that recently opened in September. When the team behind this shoot was approached with doing the first editorial shoot in the new space, Arielle from Arielle Fera Events, sought out to create an inspiration that would really encapsulate the overall look + feel of the venue. One that would play upon the venue’s aesthetic and would be transferable to future couple’s weddings. Arielle defines the inspiration for the shoot as refined organic, quintessential laid-back California elegance.

Amanda from Twisted Willow Flowers brought together colors both earthy and romantic with tonal shades of mauves, chocolates, soft cream and muted blush; a palette that can be used for fall, winter or spring.

The venue features an open-air pavilion garden which is used for ceremonies. The focal point of this space is a wrought iron structure that Twisted Willow Flowers adorned from top to bottom with gorgeous blooms, to create a romantic organic focal point for our couple to say “I do.”

The team from White Glove Rentals provided a gorgeous whitewashed wood lounge that was styled in the open-air pavilion of the venue.

Papertree Studio designed an invitation with a hand-done watercolor drawing of the gardens + venue.

BHLDN provided effortlessly elegant wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses.

The lush and organic tablescape was set with rentals from White Glove Rentals and styled with organically arranged centerpieces and fruit by Arielle Fera Events and Twisted Willow Flowers. The team created a space that was both romantic and elegant, all while being approachable.
