Ladies and gentlemen, the social season is upon us. And if a Bridgerton inspired baby shower headline doesn’t stop you in your tracks, I simply don’t know what will! The Regency era decor must have been the talk of the ton for months with its cream-cushioned dining chairs and gold-rimmed china so artfully arranged by Carly Wilde. Of course, the poetic canopy of wisteria dripping over the table was an entirely captivating design moment as well, courtesy of Something Styled. The momma-to-be had the most fabulous surprise awaiting her as she stepped into this classy pastel dream for the first time, so get ready to marathon through the heavenly images from Bree Woolliscroft below!
From the Planner, Carly Wilde: “As a wedding and event planner, I’m always excited for life events with close friends and family. It makes it so special to plan for a loved one with vendors that I’m honored to work with. After watching Netflix’s show Bridgerton, Kassidy (one of Carly’s oldest friends from college) knew she wanted to take in the romantic and whimsical feel of wisteria to her very own baby shower.
With pops of pinks, blue, purple and greenery surrounding the table from above, guests were transported to the magical feeling of being in their very own Bridgerton garden. Hints of gold and orange were nestled in the tablescape creating a vibrant pop that reminded us all too well of the Featherton’s bright clothing.
Capturing the innocence of Daphne’s iconic blue dress, rose shaped napkins in the familiar hue were set at place settings with matching candles and glassware to tie the inspiration together. It was sure to be a Garden Party that made Kassidy a diamond of the first water!!
Kaia Olina Louise Slade was brought into the world 4.27.21 shortly after the baby shower. Kassidy, Jamie and Kaia are all doing great. That’s all for now from the Scandal sheet of Bridgerton :). Huge thanks to all our vendors.”
We don’t like to play favorites, but if we did… this Bridgerton inspired baby shower would be at the top of our list. Another shower we’ll never forget? This botanical beaut with a rose gold palette. Come on, you know you want to fall down the rabbit hole 😉
