DIY Love Notes Favor Box

The romance of poetry and the elegance of calligraphy inspire this DIY favor packaging. Elizabeth Barrett Browning’s famous Sonnet 43, “How do I love thee? Let me count the ways” is printed onto the favor box right on our home printer, making this DIY as lovely as it is simple.
The best part is a little trick we use to print this project. Essentially, place some double-sided tape onto the back of a pillow favor box, stick it onto an 8.5” x 11” and print. And that means, no fumbling with the printer settings and no stressing about printing on irregular-sized paper!

Materials:

• 8.5” x 11” printer paper
• Flat, unassembled pillow favor box. (Needs to be smaller than 8.5” x 11”, found these ones on Paper Source)
• Double-sided tape

Instructions
Step 1: Open up a blank word processing document and fill one page with text of your choice.
Step 2: Place a piece of double-sided tape on the inside of the favor box (Ideally on the flap).
Step 3: Stick the favor box onto the printer paper and print. (Make sure your printer can handle cardstock first.) Gently peel box off and assemble.
