Wedding in the Prosecco Hills
I’ve fallen completely in love with this wedding, dear readers, and it’s not just because it’s a destination wedding in one of my favorite spots in Europe. This beautiful wedding from Nastja Kovacec, My Italian Wedding Planner, and Il Profumo dei Fiori keeps the entire day simple but sweet, with a clear focus on love and laughter while also incorporating some seriously enviable decor ideas. We love the color palette of the flowers, especially — pinks, red, and yellows will always brighten up our day!
From the event planner, Stefania of My Italian Wedding Planner: Suzanne and Florian got married last July in Italy. They wanted a relaxed wedding in a authentic Italian location (they are both German) where they could have a relaxed party with good food and a unique atmosphere. The bride had Brazilian origins so we got inspired by bright colours to design the mood of their big day. Yellows, peach and red were the ones we went for which were reflected in the choice of flowers, satin ribbons and coloured candles.
The symbolic ceremony took place under the secular oak tree which we decorated with fresh moss, peonies and craspedia. We also went for a little touch of gold to give a glam look at the long imperial table which was set up along the property vineyard. This was arranged in a stunning setting with a breathtaking view from the top of the hill overlooking the little villages laid in the Prosecco valley.
Such a simple yet beautiful wedding! The chairs are amazing!
