City Chic Washington D.C Wedding

Today we’re all about Washington DC, as you can see! This totally glam, chic DC wedding has me drooling over their black and white affair at the drop dead gorgeous DAR Building. It’s the perfect setting for a ballroom wedding with lots of amazing architectural details both indoors and out. Much to our surprise, this wedding was completely DIY! The champagne satin taffeta pomanders were handmade by Michelle’s mother & her crafty friends, and her father (a retired industrial arts teacher) made the table numbers using wrought iron numbers she bought at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl flea market. I LOVE the bridesmaid bow shoes! I see they are Badgley Mischka but I can’t find them online, can anyone tell me where I can purchase these?

Thanks, everyone! Caitlin, the bridesmaids’ shoes are actually Paris Hilton, believe it or not :) The style is Senorita & they come in about a billion colors. Happy shopping!
