Vintage City Chic

When Ellie from Mint, the owner of one of my favorite blogs showed me this vintage inspired invitation she designed for a vintage bride, these two photos by Richard Avedon instantly came to mind. The Art Deco elements combined with bright yellow is a perfect balance between vintage inspired and modern in my opinion. Oh and there’s more where this invitation came from. Her stationery store is chock full of fantastic wedding paper goods! Check out Hello Tenfold now if you haven’t already.

Love! I am also having a City Vintage Modern wedding. And I would not have mind to have those invitations too! Except with the Dallas skyline of course! Hah! And Richard Avedon is by far my favorite photographer living or dead.
