Utterly Dreamy Destination Wedding in Santa Ynez Valley

When you love wine country as much as these two do, exchanging vows at a California vineyard is just a no-brainer — even if you have to make your way back across the country to do it! Maggie and Greg shared their love with their nearest and dearest at the beautiful Gainey Vineyard, bringing along Fondly Forever Photography, Amazing Day Events, and Chelsea Carter Events to fulfill their vision to a T.

From the bride, Maggie: Greg and I met in LA and lived in West Hollywood for years before moving to NYC. We always loved taking trips to wine country, whether it was a quick day trip or a long weekend with a group of friends. Our favorite area has always been the Santa Ynez Valley. They beauty of the valley, the people, and of course the delicious wine continues to bring us back. One of our favorite spots to wine taste has always been Gainey Vineyards. Even after moving to NYC, we knew Santa Ynez was the place for us make more memories and Gainey was an easy choice for our wedding ceremony and reception location. We used the scenery and the vineyards with their rustic feel to help decide the decor – which was clean white florals with greenery and touches of vintage items throughout. We chose every vendor with a purpose and each one became a very special part of making the day true perfection.
