We’re excited to share this adorable shoot of a co-ed cocktail party bridal shower, featuring beautiful drinks and delicious recipes from Daily’s Cocktails. Signature cocktails are a smart way to throw any party to fit your vision and theme, from a shower to a wedding. They keep your budget on track and add a personal twist, so we always recommend making a few signature drinks – even if you’re having an open bar. So Daily’s Cocktails partnered with A & B Creative and Paige Jones Photography for a fun shower including signature drinks.

From A & B Creative: My inspiration for the this shoot was a modern late summer co-ed cocktail shower. There’s something about the summer winding down that feels so peaceful, and getting to have a bridal shower be co-ed is so great because there’s no one you’re missing out on visiting with. I styled the clothes around this same “late summer” inspiration, bow-ties and button downs for the guys and cute dresses that perfectly ride that transition from summer into fall for the ladies.

The color palette for the shoot was inspired by the gorgeous floral tablecloth; it’s deep, rich colors have the brightness of summer with the cozy sumptuous feeling of fall. All of the cocktails feature garnishes still available in the late summer: mint, lavender, rosemary and seasonal fruit. The brightly colored rims of the glasses showcase each fun cocktail.

The shower begins with a toast to the soon-to-be newlyweds with a Cham-Pom cocktail, featuring champagne and pomegranate (another favorite late summer flavor with a stunning color!). Next is cocktail hour with Mr. & Mrs. Mojitos- rasberry infused for the ladies, and a hint of whisky for the guys. The party ended with the ultimate late summer drink: sangria with loads of fresh local berries and fruit to add to it’s array of colors.

The gorgeous floral arrangements perfectly reflect the summery sangria colors and the array found in the tablecloth. Modern elements like wood plates for the appetizers and the stark whites of the amazing octopus detailed candlesticks with my favorite proteas and air plants make for a modernized version of the backyard soiree.
