Sera + Adrien’s Vintage Wedding

We have a bunch of darling vintage weddings lined up for next week, but I wanted to share this one with you before I take off for the weekend… Sera’s vintage wedding dress was her grandmother’s, that she wore in 1952. What’s even more special about Sera’s wedding dress is that there were no alterations needed! They had their ceremony and reception at the Newland Barn in Huntington Beach, California. Sera and Adrien DIY’ed all of the decor, including her bouquet.

This dress is so amazing!! I always thought I would love a sexy wedding dress that sucks you in and pushes you up :) But now that I have found my modest dress and have been browsing through these wedding stories, I have fallen in love with modest gowns! They ring of an era that seems to have been left behind and seeing a young and modern woman in one just delights me!
