Sequins and Champagne Inspiration

Bubbly and Baubles. Inspired by Sarah Vonne jewelry, photographer Jen Meneghin, and stylists Sarah Tillges, & Tara Bailie decided to create a wedding setting with a minimalistic preppy chic look. A bubbly and baubles theme could really go bridal shower, bachelorette party or wedding…or all three.

From Jen Meneghin: We decided to do a progressive bridal-shoot (with bride only) to show the transition of looks:

For the first look (ceremony) we started with an elegant bridal gown (Angel Sanchez), simple tear-drop earrings, and black pointed toe pumps. We kept her hair and makeup very modern with the french twist and the thick lashes/bold red lip. The bridal boutique was all white floral with black/white ribbon and gold sequin accents. We wanted to highlight the dress and jewelry for this portion but did incorporate a few geronimo balloons to go with the mod style. We found the balloons at a local party store and made the tassels from tissue paper.

The second look (reception) we added a black belt to the dress and kept the hair/makeup the same. We had a party table setup with a black/white striped table cover, gold/white tassels on the front, and all black/white/gold colored treats/drinks.

The final (after party) look we had our bride put on a gold sequined dress, black tights, and black pumps. We kept the hair the same but switched up the lip to a nude color.
