Ruffled is Hiring!

If you love weddings and live in the NYC/NJ area, then today is your lucky day! With the launch of the shop right around the corner, I thought we’d start looking for someone to help me with our newest addition to Ruffled. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to meet crazy talented vendors and attend amazing industry parties, which makes the perfect job for event stylists or planners trying to break into the wedding biz.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– provide outstanding customer experience via phone and email
– fill orders
– maintain or exceed monthly sales
– keep track of inventory

Ideal candidate has at least one year experience in customer service, is extremely organized, pays great attention to detail and is a proactive problem solver. This position is part-time, but it can transition to full-time. and is perfect for anyone who loves fashion, event planning/styling, photography and weddings! You will be working closely with me, so we’re looking for someone who lives in the NYC area! Experience in retail, web design, or blogs a plus.
